Applications and Features

Withadvantage of simple structure, high efficiency, low noise, safe and reliableoperation, easy installation and maintenance. It is suitable for water extractionfrom deep wells, geothermal wells and oceans, it can also be used for rivers,reservoirs, canals and other extraction; mainly used for irrigation andlivestock water mountain plateau, and also for the drainage from cities,factories, railways, mines, construction sites.

Environmental conditions

1.Power frequency 50Hz, rated voltage 300v or 660v (tolerance ± 5%) of thethree-phase AC power.

2.Solidcontent (by mass) is not more than 0.01%.

3.The PH value of pumped liquid between 6.5-8.5.

4.The temperature of transmission medium does not exceed 100 ℃.

5.The pump inlet must below 1m of the moving water level, but submersible lengthnot more than 70m of the static water level, the depth between pump bottom andwell bottom at least 1m.

6.Requires well integrity, wall smooth, well pipes shall not stagger.

Structural features

1.QJseries wells submersible pumps, with two major components of submersiblethree-phase asynchronous motors and pump parts. The electric motor connected toupper part of pump directly, the motor shaft end is set with a reliable seal,effectively prevent the exchange between the cooling fluid within the electricmotor and the pumped medium, to ensure safe and reliable long-term operation ofthe pump.

2.This submersible pumps is single-suction multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump;the submersible motors is water-filling wet, vertical wells with submersibleasynchronous motor. The motor and pump are direct connection through drumcoupling set.

3.The motor windings are polyethylene waterproof nylon jacket magnet wire. Motorcavity can be filled with clean water.

4.Motor guide bearings are water lubricated type. There is thrust bearings atlower part of the motor to withstand the vertical axial forces of pump, the thrustbearing for high head pump are nickel-containing copper segments, and the othergrinding part is imported Rockefeller Perth skateboarding, to withstand axialforce of pump .

5.There is additional axial force carrier in the middle of the motor and pump, headcan be lifted to 900m.
